Jackal is owned and skippered by Nicholas Lunn. An extraordinarily talented cruising yachtsman and racing helmsman, he exudes professional confidence both on and off the water. A certified scuba diver, power boat racer and semi- professional water-skier, Lunn has turned his considerable talents to the competetive arena of inshore yacht racing with some success, winning race after race against severe competition. His instinctive knowledge of the tides, wind and prevailing conditions around the coast of Bahrain has seen him take full advantage of virtually every strategic wind shift on the water, time after time.

Adventurer and charismatic racontuer, Nicholas divides his time between competetive racing and international marketing, running a rapidly growing strategic communication operation throughout the Middle East. A popular speaker at various high level events, he has delivered key-note speeches on the art of competetive crew management and is committed to the training and development of the under-privileged. Adopting a thoroughly 'hands-on' approach in developing the personal self-esteem of his own crew, for example - taking them on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth through rigorous simulations and performance training sessions on board 'Jackal' - Nicholas is an experienced motivator and inspirational leader.

Nicholas has sailed extensively on the west coast of Scotland, New Zealand and throughout the Caribbean bringing a hitherto unseen measure of professionalism to the racing circuit of Bahrain.
